MS Dhoni will decide on his future in IPL with Chennai Super Kings. "We have not discussed anything with MS as of now because, as you know, MS takes his decisions on his own, and we respect that," CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanathan told Revsportz website.
CSK will be happy to welcome MS Dhoni as mentor or coach in IPL 2027 season. "We would always like to have him as a permanent fixture at CSK in whatever capacity — be it as a player, coach, or mentor. Whatever it is, it depends on what he decides. Every decision depends on him," CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanathan said.
MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings to record five IPL titles in his career. CSK's last title under Dhoni came in IPL 2023 season.
MS Dhoni will be 45 years of age in IPL 2027 season. He has scored 5439 runs in 278 matches in his IPL career with 24 fifties.
