Ayub impressive performances lifted him past Zimbabwe's Sikandar Raza to reclaim the No. 1 all-rounder spot.
The achievement is even more significant as he overtook India's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya who currently at the seventh spot.
Saim Ayub has scored over 1,000 runs with an impressive strike rate of around 133. He has grabbed 21 wickets in his T20I career so far.
Saim Ayub also picked eight-wickets at an economy rate of 6.40 during the Asia Cup 2025, further solidified his standing and helped him reach the number one ranking previously.
