Rinku Singh, the star cricketer of Team India, has been awarded with a huge recognition. Having created a reputation on his own with the IPL, Rinku now finds himself as a part of the very important elements in the T20 team of India. The Yogi government has in a big step made a big decision in his favour.
Born on October 12, 1997, in a humble family of Aligarh, Rinku Singh is one of the young stars of Team India. Though having suffered a lot of misfortunes in his early life, he is a man who worked hard and was able to make a name in the field of cricket just because of his ability and reliable performance.
Taking note of his performance at the international level, the Uttar Pradesh government led by Yogi Adityanath has gifted Rinku Singh with a lucrative government job as well which not only makes him recognize his excellence in the sporting world but also his contribution to the pride of the state.
Rinku is a direct recruit whose position is a Basic Education Officer. This serves as a major milestone of the cricketer as he goes ahead and serves in the education industry as well as pursuing his sporting career.
This appointment is a display of gratitude on part of the government to Rinku who has contributed significantly in both education and sports. One of the roles that Rinku will play as a Basic Education Officer is to enhance the education system and set a good atmosphere among students.
He made his international debut in 2023 and has since played 2 ODIs and 33 T20Is with India, scoring 55 and 546 runs respectively. Known for his explosive batting approach and has already played a number of memorable innings with the national team.
In IPL, Rinku has played 59 matches and amassed 1099 runs at a decent average of 30.5 with a strike rate of 145.2. So far, he has scored four half-centuries.
