Mumbai Indians brought in South African star Corbin Bosch in place of injured player Lizaad Williams during the middle of the IPL 2025 season. Corbin Bosch played only three matches, he made a good impact with both bat and ball. The South African all-rounder added good balance to the team and played a role in helping Mumbai Indians make it to the playoffs. Lucknow Super Giants signed Shardul Thakur to replace Mohsin Khan, who was injured and could not play in IPL 18.
