Sanju Samson who is currently going through a rough patch ranks third on the list. He was the top-run scorer in the format in 2024. During this phase, he smashed a 40-ball century against Bangladesh in Hyderabad. He made 111 off 47 balls, which included 11 fours and eight sixes.
Tilak Varma holds the record for the fourth fastest T20I century by an Indian, reaching 100 in just 41 balls against South Africa in Johannesburg. He remained unbeaten on 120 off 47 deliveries, smashing 9 fours and 10 sixes.
Ishan Kishan made a remarkable return to international cricket, as he smashed is maiden T20I century by an Indian against New in Trivandrum in 2025, reaching 100 in just 42 balls. He was dismissed for 103 off 43 deliveries, hitting six fours and 10 sixes.
