Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami's ex-wife has faced severe online backlash. Posting a photo of her daughter celebrating Holi has led to significant criticism, sparking a social media stir. Let's see what happened.
This picture has been shared on social media by Shami's ex-wife Hasin Jahan herself. Shami's daughter, Aaira Shami's clothes are dyed in colour. But people have started trolling Hasin Jahan. Fans said that despite being from the Muslim community, she celebrated the festival of Holi in the holy month of Ramadan, which is a big crime.
Let us tell you that Hasin Jahan often shares her daughter's picture on social media. She might not have thought that she would get badly trolled for sharing the picture of her daughter Aaira playing Holi.
Many people used abusive language for Haseen Jahan in the comment section, while someone said that unfortunately there are such people in our society. One person even said whether Haseen Jahan is a Muslim or not.
The comments trolling Hasin Jahan did not stop here. One person even called Mohammed Shami's wife a 'Jahil Aurat'. This person said that he did not feel ashamed to do so in the month of Ramadan. He even urged other people to block Hasin Jahan.
Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami married Hasin Jahan in 2014. It had been only 4 years since their marriage, when in 2018 an FIR was lodged against Shami on charges of domestic abuse, misconduct, attempt to poison and conspiracy to murder. Hasin Jahan even claimed that Shami had relations with other women, although Shami rejected all these allegations. From then on, the distance between the two started increasing.
