Indian tennis legend Sania Mirza did her graduation from St Mary's College in Hyderabad. She did her schooling from Nasr School in Hyderabad. She received an honorary Doctor of Letters degree from the Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute in Chennai in 2008.
Sania conceived Izhaan naturally, two years before the couple divorced in 2024. She revealed that she froze her eggs to plan for a second child.
Sania Mirza opened up about her egg freezing during a conversation with Farah Khan on her podcast. She said, "I wanted to freeze my eggs, and I contacted you, and you introduced me to your doctor, Firoza Parikh."
Sania Mirza further explained the importance of egg freezing, and said "I recommend it to everyone because the biological clock is ticking. Let's say you want another child or something. I gave birth to Izhaan naturally, and then I froze my eggs."
Earlier, Sania Mirza spoke about her breastfeeding journey on the Masoom Minawala show, calling it the most challenging phase of her pregnancy. She said, "I think I'll get pregnant three more times, but I don't know if I'll be able to breastfeed again. It was not only physically exhausting for me, but also emotionally and mentally exhausting."
Sania Mirza further said, "It was very difficult for me emotionally because after pregnancy, you're already dealing with so many things and hormones, and being in the public eye can make people shame you for your body. Knowing that this tiny human being is dependent on me for food was very difficult because I wondered, 'What if I'm not there?'"
