6. Dhruv Jurel: The Rajasthan Royals wicketkeeper will hold on to the No. 6 position ahead of Sarfaraz Khan. The Mumbai and Chennai Super Kings batter will need to wait some more to return to Indian playing 11.
7. Ravindra Jadeja: Team India all-rounder will return to Indian playing 11 after being rested for one-off Test vs Afghanistan in Mullanpur earlier this year.
8. Manav Suthar: The Gujarat Titans all-rounder will be second spin-bowling all-rounder with Ravindra Jadeja. Suthar had claimed five wickets on debut vs Afghanistan.
9. Kuldeep Yadav: Lucknow Super Giants chinaman bowler will be India's lead spinneron the tour of Sri Lanka.
10. Gurnoor Brar: Gujarat Titans pacer is set to make his Test debut after an impressive display for India 'A' vs Sri Lanka earlier this year.
11. Mohammed Siraj: The Gujarat Titans pacer will be the new ball bowler and spearhead the bowling attack. He has claimed 140 wickets in 46 Tests so far in his career.
