The transaction was registered in December 2025, adding Ritika Sajdeh to the list of celebrities and high net-worth individuals investing in premium real estate in central Mumbai.
The apartment is situated in Ahuja Towers, a luxurious residential project in Prabhadevi.
As per the registration records, the property has a carpet area of 2,760.40 sq ft (256.45 sq m) and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces. The purchase also attracted a stamp duty of RS 1.31 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
Prabhadevi has grown into one of Mumbai's most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, offering seamless connectivity to key business hubs such as Lower Parel, Worli and Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).
The area is well connected via major roads including the Western Express Highway, Senapati Bapat Marg and Dr. Annie Besant Road, along with Prabhadevi Railway Station on the Western Line.
Ritika Sajdeh is a sports manager and public figure, known for her association with Cornerstone Sport & Entertainment, where she handled brand endorsements and athlete relations.
