In a shocking incident on Thursday in Gurugram, adjacent to Delhi, a father shot his tennis player daughter Radhika Yadav. Radhika is said to be an emerging player, who had won many titles at the state level. The father fired five bullets one by one at the daughter, out of which three hit her. The incident took place at the house in Sushant Lok-2, Gurugram. The police is investigating why the daughter who brought glory to the father became his murderer.
According to the police, the incident took place on Thursday afternoon at around 12 noon in a house in Sector 57, where Radhika lived with her family. There was a dispute in the family at that time, after which the father got angry and fired three bullets one after the other at Radhika.
Radhika Yadav was a state level tennis player and had won many tournaments. Radhika Yadav was ranked 113 as a doubles tennis player in the International Tennis Federation (ITF). Radhika Yadav was born on March 23, 2000 and was in the top 200 in ITF doubles.
Gurugram Police has made a big disclosure in the case of murder of tennis player Radhika Yadav. According to police spokesperson Sandeep, Deepak Yadav, a resident of Sector-57 Sushant Lok Phase-2, is a property dealer and his daughter Radhika Yadav, about 25 years old, was an international tennis player. Recently, Radhika started a tennis coaching academy in the area. Many young men and women used to come to take coaching in it. According to the police, Deepak was pressurizing his daughter Radhika to close this academy, but Radhika was refusing. Today the argument between the two became so intense that Deepak got furious and shot Radhika. These bullets hit her waist.
According to the police, they received information about the girl being shot from a private hospital in the area. When the police reached the spot, the uncle of the deceased was found there, who informed that Radhika was shot at home. When the police reached the house, Deepak was sitting at home, he was taken into custody and interrogation started. His licensed revolver was also confiscated. At present, the case is being investigated. The police is also interrogating the father.
