While this feat has been achieved twice before in domestic T20 cricket, this is the first time it has happened at the international level. There have been 14 instances of bowlers taking four wickets in an over in T20 Internationals, with Lasith Malinga’s four wickets in four balls against New Zealand in 2019 being the most memorable.
