First go to the Applications/Utility option. There click on Keychain Access. Select the network from the list whose password you want to remove. After getting the network, double click on it. Go to the show password option. There you will get the password written.

If you do not have a Windows or Mac computer that has saved Wi-Fi passwords, or if you're trying to retrieve the password via your phone or tablet, you can find your saved password through a router. This will only work if you are connected to the router's network. Remember that you can also connect to the router via an Ethernet cable. You cannot know the password unless the tablet and mobile phone are connected to a Wi-Fi network.

How to Recover a Lost WiFi Password from ES File Explorer File Manager
For this also your mobile phone should be rooted and download an application called ES File Explorer File Manager. Open Device storage in ES File Explorer. There will be a folder named Data, open it. Then there will be a folder named Misc, open it. Then open the WiFi folder. There will be a file named wpa_suppicant.cofig inside the WiFi folder, open it with ES File Explorer. Now you will get some codes in front of these codes will be written as ssid. The name in front of this ssid is your WiFi name and psk will be written below it and the name in front of it will be your WiFi password.
