This is one of the most powerful Indian passport. White passport holders are only government officials who travel abroad for work. Also, it entails a certain treatment that distinguishes them from regular passport holders.

Indian Diplomats Maroon Passport — Indian Diplomat's Maroon Passport

The maroon coloured passports are issued to Indian diplomats and government officials who are at a senior position. From getting faster immigration, smoother process of immigration to other facilities, diplomats are entitled to it. It helps them clear certain checks at a faster pace than ordinary citizens.

Normal Indian Passport — Normal Indian Passport

The ordinary passport is for the common Indian citizen. The blue coloured passport allows immigration officials to distinguish between common citizen and a special diplomat or government official. It has all the details required and one has to go through all the necessary checks.
