Ever since the teaser of Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was released, it has made everyone to look for their misplaced jaw. The has and ensemble cast of Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Shama in the lead roles, and also has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Fawad Khan in movie giving important turns and twists to the story. The movie looks beautiful, especially the cinematography part of it. Two of the songs which has came out of the album, one the title track and Bulleya are already topping the charts and have added perfectly to the value of the movie.
Some songs have the ability to be more than the movie itself and the same can be said for ‘Bulleya’ song from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Music director Pritam initially had to face backlash when Bulleya released, for being a cheap rip off of Last Resort by Papa Roach. Well, Pritam has a history of it. The song sung by Amit Mishra is already being preferred more than the title track from the album sung by Arijit Singh and a huge amount of credit goes to the lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya.
