The 30-year old, who is best known as a popular anchor on Indian television, was caught on camera abusing and threatening the staff. Reportedly, the actor was stopped at the airport since his Baggage exceeded the limit.
In the video accessed exclusively by Republic TV, we can clearly see, Aditya, who is an household name in India, is seen abusing and threatening the Indigo staff in public. The actor has totally lost his cool on the staff, as he said, “I know everybody was standing there. You are making this personal buddy. There are ten people who know that I started abusing you when you said do not abuse. I can say whatever I want to say.”
It came as a shock to most when the video of Aditya Narayan was doing the rounds on social media. In the 50 seconds long video, Aditya said, “Teri chaddi na utari, mera naam Aditya Narayan nahin hai.” He also threatened the staff by saying, “I will see you in Bombay. At some point or the other, we will reach Mumbai and then we shall see.”
On the other hand, Sudhakar Reddy, Airline Passengers Association said, “Every passenger is equal under the new fly list. Now since the regulation has become a law, Indigo should take action.” Meanwhile, Bollywood singer Ila Arun, in a statement to Republic TV, said, “First and foremost, no one should misbehave with anyone. I know Aditya on a personal level, he is a respectful and a humble guy. I do not approve of this kind of behavior, but why he did it is a very big question.”
On the professional front, Aditya has sung a number of popular songs like Tattad Tattad (from Ranveer Singhand Deepika Padukone-starrer Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela). The actor has also made a Bollywood debut in the 2010 film Shaapit.
