Actress Kangana Ranaut is teaming up with filmmaker Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari for her upcoming film, Panga. The shooting of the movie is yet to be started but reports were doing the rounds that the director made Kangana sign a non-interference clause. Apparently, it happened after she turned director for Manikarnika. Now, her sister Rangoli Chandel has tweeted a message and seems like it was written by Ashwiny.

Rangoli appreciated the filmmaker saying that her Kangana needs directors like her. She tweeted, “All the people who are belittling and shaming a Young girl for taking difficult time head on should learn lessons of humanity from a woman like @Ashwinyiyer …. Kangana deserves directors like her …. cheers to girls standing for girls.”

A couple of days ago, Kangana raised eyebrows when she made a statement after Sonu Sood’s exit from the movie. She stated that the actor backed out of the project because she was helming the reshoots and patchwork. She said, “He vehemently denied to work under a woman director, which is kind of amusing because Sonu is a dear friend.”

Sonu also reacted to it saying that it is ridiculous to make the entire issue about male chauvinism.

On a related note, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is all set to hit the screens on January 25 and will fight the box office battle with Hrithik Roshan’s Super 30.
