The comedienne has got done a unique card. She took to Instagram to share her wedding invite, where she is seen carrying Haarsh (in the picture) and reads, ‘Dulha Hum Le Jayenge’.

# Destination Wedding

Bharti is going to have a big fat Punjabi wedding. The comedienne turned actress was snapped at the airport while leaving for Goa. Bharti had told the media that she has finished shooting for her shows and she won’t be working for two months as she wants to give her full time for wedding preparations and make sure that things are done perfectly.

# Wedding Ceremonies

The cheerful bride-to-be’s pre-wedding ceremonies kicked off with a bangle ceremony day before. Bharti, who has finally some breathing space as she is finished with shopping and other preparations, left for Goa today since the couple will have a pool party tomorrow and mehendi ceremony cocktail party on December 2, 2017). On December 3, the actress will have her haldi ceremony, wedding and reception.

# Bharti’s Wedding Ensemble

Bharti’s wedding trousseau is ready and it is designed by designer Neeta Lulla. The popular designer, in a statement to an online portal had said, “The theme I have handpicked is fusion and she will resemble the contemporary bride since it’s a destination wedding. Grandeur, colour and quirk are seamlessly blended with culture and heritage in an Indian wedding, we look out to bring the same sentiments in our designs for her wedding. Associating orange with joy, this colour is exactly what we needed for the ‘Chudi ceremony’. Bharti, being the amusing one, it compliments her personality with a little twist of Indian felicity and grace. This gorgeous net Anarkali is adorned with ‘chandelier’ buta all over and combined with embroidery on the neckline. It spells tradition in its work and zeal in its appeal.”

She further added, “The gown is astutely embellished in embroidery densely from the top and scattering towards the bottom which is crafted with a lot of intricacy and care. The gown has a fit and flare silhouette detailed with an off-shoulder neckline and tasselled sleeves to add up to the quirk that suffices Bharti’s image.”

# Wedding Web Series:

Bharti, who has shot a pre-wedding video to elaborate their love story, has planned to have a web series made around her wedding ceremonies for her fans. Recently, she had also shared a teaser of her upcoming wedding web series – titled ‘Bharti Ki Baraat’.

# Post Marriage Plans

Post-marriage, Bharti has planned to go for a mini break and will be back to work from mid-January. The actress had told the daily, “I have been working for the last eight years and now I want to enjoy all the moments of my wedding. I will take up one or two day events or award functions, but not any full-fledged shows.”

# This Is Nothing Like Other Punjabi Weddings

The best part of this wedding is that the couple has decided to spend equally on the wedding. Though in Punjabi weddings, all the expenses are borne by the bride’s parents, Bharti’s fiancee made it pretty clear that the expenses will be divided between them, and the comedienne too appreciated his decision and felt very proud of her decision to be with such a man, as he leaves no stone unturned to impress her. Aren’t the two damn adorable?
