It has been a wonderful year for Alia Bhatt. The actor impressed everyone with her performance in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi and also remained in buzz for her rumoured relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. Alia feels that the year of 2018 has been the most challenging for her. She talked to a news agency and explained how the year went for her and how excited she is for the next year.

Alia talked to ANI and said, “This past year has been the most challenging phase in my life. It was all work work work. At one point I thought I wouldn’t be able to do it anymore. But my love (love for the movies) kept me going and I cherish every moment of it. I’ve learnt so much and now I can’t believe it holiday time ‘That said’ it’s just the beginning, gearing up for 2019”.

One common question that emerges in front of the actor at every event is ‘when she is getting married’. She was asked the same this time as well. An annoyed Alia said what she always does. She said, “When will I marry? Why is everyone asking me when I am getting married. The same question is coming all over. So you know, I am only 25 years old. I think it’s too soon to get married right now.”

On the work front, Alia will be seen in three films in the coming year. She has got Gully Boy releasing as the big Valentine’s Day film, on February 14. The film is directed by Zoya Akhtar and has Ranveer Singh featured opposite Alia. Next, she has Dharma Productions’ Kalank releasing on April 19. Directed by Abhishek Varman, the film features Varun Dhawan opposite her. Alia is then going to end next year with Brahmastra, a fantasy drama, directed by Ayan Mukerji. The film is slated to release for December 20, with Ranbir in the lead. Watch out!
