The hustle for work in Hindi film industry is real and having spent 50 glorious years in it, Badla star Amitabh Bachchan knows it well and so does his co-star Taapsee Pannu and producer Shah Rukh Khan. While his recently released crime thriller rises up the Box Office, winning critics and masses alike, Amitabh is out and about to look for a fresh project to work on.

Taking to his Twitter handle to mention the same, Amitabh wrote, “T 3112 – ये तो हो गया … अब कल नौकरी कहाँ ?? ५० वरशों से यही पूछता आ रहा हूँ !! (Badla is done now, where’s the job tomorrow? Asking this for the last 50 years!!)” (sic).

As comments from fans started pouring in, King Khan had the wittiest reply. Commenting on the tweet, SRK wrote, “sir aapko mil jaaye naukri toh mujhe bhi recommend kar dena (In case you find one, recommend me too).” (sic)

While the Twitterati are loving this friendly banter, Taapsee added to the cuteness by commenting, “Atleast there you both can keep me in the same frame ! I also did a good job na” (sic).

Badla is an official Hindi remake of the Spanish film, The Invisible Guest. The movie is being co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The movie hit the big screens on Friday, March 8 – on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2019. Taapsee makes a striking appearance as Big B dons a convincing look. Taapsee plays the role of Naina, who has been accused of killing the man she was having an affair with. Amitabh Bachchan plays the role of a defence lawyer Badal Gupta who holds the record of not having lost a single case in his 40-year-old career, is Naina’s only hope. Needless to say, the buzz is very much there and after the round of reviews by celebrities and Twitterati, it has only taken off.
