Arjun Kapoor is currently shooting for his next, titled Panipat and seems like the actor is working hard for his role in the historical drama, directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. He was recently seen coming out of the director’s office in Mumbai looking completely unrecognizable. The latest pictures of Arjun clicked by paparazzi outside Gowarikar’s office have sent everyone in a tizzy. Arjun is basically the man without a face in his latest pictures (like really). Kudos to the talented photographers who could identify him as Arjun.

The actor is dressed up in his casual best in the latest pictures, wearing a striking red-coloured hoodie. However, what will steal the gaze is his face which is covered with a black mask. That’s Arjun’s attempt to hide his look for the film. Gowariker is known for keeping the look of actors in his films hidden for long.

A report in DNA had revealed earlier that Arjun plays the character of Maratha leader Sadashivrao Bhau in Panipat: The Great Betrayal, while Sanjay Dutt plays the main antagonist, Ahmad Shah Durrani. A part of the report read, “The film is about the third battle of Panipat which was fought between Marathas and Afghans in 1761. Arjun plays the Maratha army’s leader Sadashivrao Bhau, whereas Sanjay will essay the main antagonist — Ahmad Shah Durrani, who led the Afghans to victory”. Panipat also features Kriti Sanon, who plays the role of the second wife to Arjun’s Sadashivrao Bhau. The actress is reportedly essaying the role of Parvatibai, who supported her husband at many crucial points in the battle.
