Ayushmann Khurrana‘s wife, Tahira Kashyap in September revealed that she has been suffering from breast cancer. The actor’s wife has been taking chemo’s and earlier today, Tahira shared a series of Boomerang videos of herself and Ayushmann dancing away to glory celebrating her final chemotherapy.

The adorable couple has been sharing Tahira’s health updates on their social media and today Tahira shared a series of videos is where the two are celebrating her last chemo. Ayushmann who has been a great support to his wife in her fight with cancer, accompanied her to the hospital for her final chemo. In the videos shared by Tahira, the two can be see dancing their heart out and their happiness is just unstoppable. She captioned the videos as, “Can’t keep calm!!! Last and final chemo! F**k yesss!! It’s been some journey. The learning has been immense, some of which, I know, I will realise with time. Thank you to each one who has been praying for me! Lots of love and prayers from my end to each one of you! My heart is bouncing with joy and gratitude”.

Tahira will soon be making her directorial debut with actor Madhuri Dixit Nene. A source recently told BollywoodLife, “Her character is something that she has not attempted before. The actress to play her daughter will be soon finalised as well.”

On the professional front, Ayushmann was recently seen in Badhaai Ho. The film turned out to do wonders at the Box Office and also entered the Rs 100 crore club.

The story of the movie revolves around a family where a middle-aged married couple (played by Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao) expect another child. It beautifully showcases how they deal with society. Ayushmann plays the role of the elder son of the couple and Sanya his love interest. The film also stars Surekha Sikri and Shardul Rana in pivotal roles.

The comedy-drama film was directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, produced by Vineet Jain, Hemant Bhandari and Aleya Sen under the banner of Junglee Pictures and Chrome Pictures, and was written by Shantanu Srivastava and Akshat Ghildial. The songs were composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Rochak Kohli and JAM8. The lyrics were written by Vayu, Kumaar and MellowD.
