Salman Khan who was last seen in Race 3 (2018) has been occupied with the shooting of his next film Bharat. While his fans have been eagerly waiting for the trailer of the film, director Ali Abbas Zafar finally revealed the dates. He shared his excitement and said that the trailer will release “in 3rd week of April”.
Director of the film, Ali took to his Twitter to share his excitement and wrote, “Yes the trailer of
@Bharat_TheFilm is locked , we are into final stages of post production , it will come out in 3rd week of April . This one is a very special film , Nervous , anxious & excited . May god bless us all .”.
Bharat stars Salman and Katrina in lead roles. Apart from the two, the film also stars Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Nora Fatehi and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is a remake of a popular Korean drama titled Ode To My Father. Bharat has been conceptualised as a journey of a man and how he grows with his nation. The teaser of the film received great response from the audience. Salman was seen donning five different looks in the teaser that made fans go gaga over the actor all over again. Soon his looks got converted into various memes and were going viral on social media.
Earlier, talking about knowing Salman, Ali told Filmfare, “The good thing about Salman is that he’s a great listener, he will hear you out because it’s your film. After that he’ll be like, ‘I’m gonna stand by you but as an experienced person this is what I think’. That gives me a different point of view. He has the most wicked sense of humour. People feel intimidated by him but he’s extremely funny. He can mimic other actors perfectly. His finest quality is that he’s an honest person. If he doesn’t like something, he’s not gonna disguise it. Also, I guess, he troubles the people he loves. If he doesn’t like you, he’ll never trouble you.”
Bharat is slated to hit the screens as a big Eid release this year, on June 5.
