Actor Abhishek Bachchan is coming back to the silver screen after a year with Ajay Devgn and Anand Pandit produced film, Big Bull. Taking to Instagram, junior Bachchan has shared the second poster of the film which reads ‘The man who sold dreams to India’. In the poster, the actor looks dapper as he is all suited up and it will remind you of his film Guru.

Sharing the poster, he revealed the release date of the film. He captioned the post, “#TheBigBull releases on 23rd October!! Stay Tuned @ileana_official @shah_sohum @nikifying @anandpandit @kookievgulati @kumarmangatpathak @ajaydevgn #ADFFilms @meenaiyerofficial @vickssharma #TheBigBullOn23rdOctober.” (sic)

Earlier, he has shared the first look of the film where Abhishek can be seen standing all suited up with the index finger on his lips. He wrote, “The Big Bull! The man who sold dreams to India. @Ileana_Official @nikifying @anandpandit @kookievgulati @kumarmangatpathak #ADFFilms @ajaydevgn #TheBigBull @shah_sohum.” (sic)


The film is based on the life of Indian stockbroker Harshad Mehta, who committed many financial crimes. The story revolves around India’s biggest securities scams which happened in 1992.  It is directed by Kookie Gulati and is co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Vikrant Sharma. The film also stars Illeana D’Cruz, who plays the role of Abhishek’s love interest.

Producer Anand Pandit earlier spoke to IANS and was all praises for Abhishek Bachchan. He said, “Abhishek believes in acing everything he does and he is very committed to his craft. Coming from a family that has been around for many years, he makes sure everyone on set is comfortable. He makes sure to read his script thoroughly and doesn’t waste people’s time. He has been an example to many people on set. As a producer, he is a dream to work with.”

Apart from Big Bull, Abhishek will also be seen in Ludo and Bob Biswas.
