The second poster of Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Bharucha’s upcoming film Chhalaang has been released. In the poster, the actor’s confused look as he asks when can he make students play the sports when they are busy with exam preparation and Nushrat’s worried look for the student’s exam perfectly displays the stress of this examination season. It also shows the race of coming first, second and third as students can be seen studying.
The film was earlier supposed to release March 13 but now the makers have postponed the release of the film and it will now hit the theatres on June 12.
Sharing the poster, Rajkummar wrote, “Ab Lenge #Chhalaang 12th June Ko! Masterji Khilayen Kaise? Bachche Busy Hain Exams ki Padhayi Mein. toh Masterji Khilayenge Garmi ki Chhuttiyon Mein! Exams ke liye Best of Luck!” (sic)

Touted to be a social comedy, the Hansal Mehta directorial marks the reunion of the Hansal and Rajkummar after Shahid, Citylights, Aligarh and Omerta. Chhalaang is a social comedy that revolves around the inspirational journey of a Physical Trainer teacher in a semi-government funded school in North India. Rajkummar essays the protagonist, Montu, the casual PT Master who is forced to put everything at stake due to circumstances and end up teaching students, a job he has never tried his hands on before. Montu’s journey, light-heartedly addresses the value of Sports Education in the schools. Nushrat plays his love interest, Neelu. The film also stars Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in a pivotal role.
Jointly produced by Ajay Devgn, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg and presented by T-Series, Chhalaang got postponed as makers do not want to clash the film at the box office with Janhvi Kapoor starrer The Kargil Girl, which will be releasing on March 13.
