Actor Deepika Padukone made a grand appearance on MET Gala 2019 on Monday, May 6 by taking on a Barbie avatar in a Zac Posen gown. Now, a video is going viral of the Padmavat actor where she can be seen walking while she sips some wine at the hotel lobby but almost trips. However, she regains controls and avoids falling. In the clip, she turns around as few people from her team her dress trail.

The video is shared by one of the fan pages of the actor and captioned it, “Deepika Padukone casually tripping while wearing a barbie dress while sipping on wine with a plastic straw is more glamorous than all of our lives combined. @voguemagazine.” (sic)

She opted for Zac Posen’s metallic pink lurex jacquard gown embellished with 3D printed pieces meant to resemble embroidery. In sync with this year’s theme “Camp: Notes on Fashion”, Deepika stepped out in an exaggerated version of Barbie.
