Konkona Sen Sharma and Bhumi Pednekar are known for their versatility and their women-centric films. The two will now be sharing space in Alankrita Shrivastava and Ekta Kapoor’s Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.

Ekta Kapoor took to her Twitter to share the first look of the two from the film and captioned it, “You didn’t make them so you don’t get to break them! Presenting ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare’@alankrita601’s next after ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’. The journey begins. #JoinTheREBELution #DollyKittyFirstLook@balajimotionpic @konkonas @psbhumi @RuchikaaKapoor”.

The poster looks very intriguing with two ‘rebellious’ women inside a cage but both are seen giving their ‘I don’t care’ look. Bhumi is seen with a glass of alcohol and cigarette in her mouth. Well, the poster will remind you of Lipstick Under my Burkha which got into a lot of controversies even before the release of the film for portraying women as bold.

Bhumi will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht which is being produced by Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta. Takht will be releasing in 2020. Well, people are very excited to know more about the movie. In an interview with Film Companion, the ace director stated that the film is based on the facts and is about the two warring brothers. He himself admitted that Takht is going to be his biggest movie.

Takht also features Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles. Earlier, Bhumi even mentioned how Takht is a big project for her and that she is really excited about it. “I am very excited about this magnum opus as it’s a big one for me. It has a beautiful star cast. In fact, everybody who is in the film are people that I admire as actors. It’s a great honour for me to be working such great actors and to be directed by a veteran. I am a very big Karan Johar fan ever since I was a child. So honestly, it’s very special feeling and it’s still sinking in. I am still dealing with it and I am just so nervous about the film,” said Bhumi
