Occupied with the shooting schedule of her upcoming movie Good News, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has been heralding headlines whether for co-starring with Akshay Kumar after four years or for her son Taimur, who became an internet sensation ever since he was born two years ago. However, Bebo is currently in news for an old video of hers that has surfaced and is breaking the internet for its controversial content.

After her Bollywood debut, Refugee, in 2000, Kareena was on a talk show hosted by Simi Garewal where she was asked who would she want to go out on a date with? To this, the diva had then replied, “Shall I say this, I don’t know if I should. But I don’t mind it’s controversial. Rahul Gandhi. I’d like to know him. I have been flipping through his pictures in a magazine and wondering what would it be like to have a conversation with him. I come from a family with a lineage of films and he comes from a family with a lineage of politics. So, maybe we’d make an interesting conversation.”

Almost two decades later and ahead of the Lok Sabha elections 2019, it is interesting to see this video surface on social media. Watch the video here:

A few days ago, Kareena’s baby bump set fans speculating only to be revealed that it was for the shoot of Good News which also features Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in pivotal roles. It is one of the most anticipated films of the year considering it’s bringing Akshay and Kareena back together on screen after a hiatus of four years. Their last film together was Gabbar is Back in which Kareena played the character of his wife. Hers was a special appearance in a song. Further, the shooting of the film, which was slated to begin last year got postponed. It will now be releasing on September 6.
