Actor Katrina Kaif once again opened up on how she’s leading her life post-breakup with actor Ranbir Kapoor. In her latest interview with a daily, when she was asked about building new chemistry with Ranbir, Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone, Katrina gave a descriptive answer. Without taking any name, she said that she’s concentrating on living with happiness and peace currently. Katrina said that she has no control over how things are being played out, therefore, all she has decided to do is to stay away from ‘anger and bitterness.’

In a heartfelt conversation with DNA, Katrina said that how miserable she is ‘makes no difference to anyone else’. She added she believes in the philosophy of ‘what is meant for me, will come my way.’ She went on to say that she isn’t trying to be ‘Ms Goody Two Shoes’ or trying to be ‘some extra-terrestrial being’ and that she goes through pain and angst but she has a better way to deal with it now. Katrina was quoted by the daily saying, “Whoever it is, I don’t see the point of holding on to anything unpleasant from the past. I would rather let bygones be bygones.”

The actor who has recently signed Sooryavanshi opposite Akshay Kumar, also said that she tries to have more friends in life than creating enemies. Katrina is of the belief that no one is out there to hurt her but circumstances are such that while trying to do good for her, people often end up hurting her. She was quoted by the daily saying, “I would genuinely prefer having a friend than an enemy. I like to laugh, I like talking to people,” adding that she likes to hang out with people and believes that there’s no point staying ‘aloof.’

On the work front, the actor is gearing up for the release of Bharat with Salman Khan. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is slated to hit the screens on June 5.
