Kangana Ranaut‘s film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is doing wonders at the Box Office but a clash has been going on between the original director of the film Krish and Kangana. Krish is fighting to get his name at the top-most spot in the credit list of directors while Kangana who is not afraid of speaking her mind is strongly defending herself. Now, producer Kamal Jain comes in support of Kangana and releases a statement on the same.

While Sonu Sood, Mishti Chakravarty are supporting Krish, Ankita Lokhande is in support of her co-star Kangana. Producer Kamal lent his support to the leading lady of his film Manikarnika. Releasing a statement, he said, “It’s very sad how Krish is trying to claim credit for what he doesn’t deserve, it was mine and studio’s collective decision to give credits the way they are, to attack Kangana who stood by the film from beginning to end is very sad, whatever she did she could have not done without production and creative team’s consent, for Krish rather than making it a media trial specifically after huge critical claim and box office success is a clear attempt to harm our film, why doesn’t he go legal way if he is speaking the truth and prove his claims, we tried to handle this matter on every level nothing was done without informing him it’s sad he chose to create this controversy at the stage”.

Earlier, Kangana’s sister Rangoli Chandel was seen defending her and even released private conversation between Kangana and director Krish. As reported by SpotBoyE, Krish told the daily, “Kangana is lying. Clearly, if you look at the messages she sent to Vijayendra (the writer) and still stored them, seems that there was a plan in her mind to take over and present these later in her defence. So, that it doesn’t look like an after-thought”.

Krish has earlier alleged that Kangana hijacked the film from him because she wanted to chop off Sonu’s character and increase her screen presence. He even called the actor’s statement that she shot 70 per cent of the film a ‘bulls**t’. He said Kangana does not deserve the first ‘director’ credit in the film. He added that he wonders how the actor is sleeping well after doing injustice to many people associated with Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.
