There are many Bollywood celebrities who are often making headlines but it is rare that we get to hear about old celeb couples who are still so much in love. Veteran actors Saira Banu, 73, and Dilip Kumar, 95, are one such couple who undoubtedly the most adorable duo. Saira was recently seen making her first social appearance in a very long time without her husband Dilip Kumar. Banu, shared a few personal messages from Dilip’s Twitter account and in one she expresses how much she missed her ‘Kohinoor’ at a function. She started by writing about her husband’s health and thanked his fans and followers for their good wishes. “Sahab is doing well. He is resting at home. He is truly overwhelmed with your messages of love through every medium possible. Thank you,” she wrote. She then wrote about a wedding that she attended without her husband and expressed how she felt without her husband’s company. “29 June’18 was one of the RARE times I attended a social event without my Kohinoor (my Sahab) besides me. I went for the nikah of Nida, daughter of Asif Farooqui. I felt lonely without Sahab, but was overjoyed to bless the couple and interact with so many of you. -SBK,” she added.
Banu further wrote on how she and her husband have always loved interacting with their fans. “As you all know, Sahab and I have always loved interacting with our millions of fans and well-wishers. And we have done so together, past 52 years,” she continued.
