Actors Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan share a good bond and that’s the reason they are trying their best to avert the clash between their upcoming films – Sooryavanshi and Inshallah, respectively. Both the big films have booked Eid 2010 as their release dates. However now, the teams are reportedly working to figure out a shift in the release date of either film. As reported by DNA, Akshay and Salman had a meeting at Mumbai’s Mehboob Studios the other day to fix the issue. The report suggests that there are three possible solutions that were discussed at the meeting.

It should be noted that Rohit Shetty and team announced the release date of their film first and Salman Khan declared that he will be bringing his film with Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali on the same date. Now, as part of their discussion, Akshay reportedly requested Salman to move his film to a week prior or later than May 20 since his team booked the date first. Secondly, Akshay has stated that there’s no harm in Salman deferring the release date of Inshallah by a week considering he has already started shooting for Sooryavanshi and Bhansali is still working on his film. The third conjecture, as reported by the daily, is the possibility of another round of discussion between the filmmakers – Rohit Shetty and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Earlier, actor Katrina Kaif also revealed that Salman will do something to not let the two films clash at the Box Office because he is a good friend of Akshay. Interestingly, this is the second time the two big directors are clashing at the Box Office. Their previous films – Dilwale (by Rohit Shetty) and Bajirao Mastani (by Sanjay Leela Bhansali) released together in the year 2015. Meanwhile last year, Akshay moved the release date of PadMan to February 9 to make way for Bhansali’s Padmaavat on Republic Day.
