The makers of the futuristic short film, Carbon, had kept viewers intrigued by releasing its character posters over the last few days. And now they have released the trailer of the film, which is not only captivating but also thought provoking. The three minute trailer takes us to the world of 2067, when oxygen is not freely available.

Yes, the trailer gives us a glimpse of the horrific life we’re all approaching towards, should Global Warming not be controlled. It shows that in the future, carbon will replace oxygen, and will be available in abundance making it difficult for anyone or anything to survive. And this paucity will result in violence, as people will be fighting with each other to gain the ‘commodity’ in order to survive. The film seems to wonderfully portray the biggest concern affecting the planet at the moment and intertwines it into a novel narrative. It’s nice to see a Hindi film try out a unique concept like this and after watching the trailer, we’re definitely excited to see the movie. Here’s the trailer, in case you missed it earlier.
