London, February 28: Singer Christina Aguilera says she is waiting for her new album to be an “authentic masterpiece” before she releases it.
The 35-year-old “Dirty” singer is expected to reveal new music later this year, said The Hollywood Reporter.

“I’ve been loosely working on (the album for) the last couple of years. But I really started toward the middle and end of last year to really buckle down and meet with new collaborators and producers, people I want to work with and people I have never worked with before,” Aguilera said.(ALSO READ:Now, brush up Grammy skills with `professor` Christina Aguilera).

“I am working on it and will be ready when it can be the authentic masterpiece that it deserves to be. But later this year, most likely. I can’t say much about it yet because I want to wait until it’s good and ready.”

Meanwhile, Aguilera is going to share her singing tips in an online class, teaming up with video service Masterclass to give more than 20 tutorials for aspiring singers.
