Former Bigg Boss Contestant Om Swami Arrested By Delhi Police
The former Bigg Boss contestant was taken into police custody few hours back
Former Bigg Boss contestant and self-styled Godman, Om Swami (known as Vinodanand Jha in smaller circles) was arrested few hours back by inter-state cell of crime branch from Delhi’s Bhajanpura area. On what charges he has been taken into the police custody are not known yet. But we say it serves him right and should have happened long time back. We know what all he did when he was locked inside the Bigg Boss house. But when he stooped to the lowest of the low by throwing his urine on fellow contestants VJ Bani and Rohan Mehra, it is then he was thrown out of the show unceremoniously.
He didn’t learn from all of that as he created a ruckus on various news channels post his ouster from the show and tried to malign the image of host Salman Khan and the makers by making some absurd and funny allegations against them. Just recently he was thrashed by locals in Delhi when he tried to misbehave with a woman during a cultural event. Not just that, he and his associate was accused by a woman of allegedly outraging her modesty by ripping off her clothes in an attempt to humiliate her in full public view at Rajghat area in New Delhi. A case was registered at IP Estate police station.
And not to forget that he has a theft case registered against him by his brother Pramod Jha, who accused him of breaking the lock of his bicycle shop and stealing 11 bicycles, expensive spare parts, sale deed of a house and other important documents. Plus, he has been slapped with charges under the Arms Act, TADA and other laws.
