Avengers: Endgame has crossed the fabulous Rs 330 crore benchmark at the Indian Box Office. It has now become the first Hollywood film to have achieved this feat at the ticket window. The Marvel film earned Rs 4.90 crore on Thursday at the Box Office that took the total to reach Rs 402.80 crore gross and Rs 338.35 crore nett after its second week.

The week 2 collection of Avengers: Endgame stands at Rs 77.95 crore. This is lower than its week 1 collection but it’s significant considering no Hollywood film could perform as good as Avengers: Endgame has so far at the Indian Box Office.

The superhero film crossed the benchmark of Rs 300 crore at the Box Office on its day 10 itself. It took only a week – seven days, to reach Rs 250 crore and only five days to claim Rs 200 crore at the ticket window. The big film directed by the Russo brothers bagged Rs 100 crore in its kitty in India in just three days – the first weekend, which was extremely applaudable.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the latest Box Office breakup of Avengers: Endgame on Twitter and wrote, “#AvengersEndgame continues its heroic run… Has a solid Week 2, although the biz slowed down on weekdays… [Week 2] Fri 12.50 cr, Sat 18.30 cr, Sun 21.75 cr, Mon 8.25 cr, Tue 6.75 cr, Wed 5.50 cr, Thu 4.90 cr. Total: ₹ 338.35 cr Nett BOC. India biz. Gross BOC: ₹ 402.80 cr.” (sic)

The film’s collection now depends on the performance of Student Of The Year 2 that hits the screens today. Directed by Punit Malhotra, it’s a youth drama that features Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria in the lead. The film appeals to the young audience and has got the tag of a strong franchise by Dharma Productions. If the word-of-mouth around SOTY 2 is good, it will lead to a further drop in the collection of Avengers: Endgame. However, only the coming Monday will decide how long do Avengers take to reach Rs 400 crore at the Box Office.
