Prabhas is no more just a Tollywood heartthrob. The humongous success of Baahubali franchise made sure that his popularity and fandom transcends boundaries. Now, all eyes are on the superstar’s action entertainer – Saaho, which is slated for a Summer 2019 release. The actor has been in Abu Dhabi along with his crew the past 40 days, shooting for a very important chase sequence. The film’s Abu Dhabi schedule is now wrapped up and before heading home, Prabhas met a few media persons to talk about the film and more.

Talking to Khaleej Times, Prabhas said that there was no fight or argument and that there us no bad blood between him and KJo. Prabhas said, “There is no truth to these rumours. I like him as a director and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is one of my favourite movies,” Prabhas revealed. For the uninitiated, after the success of Baahubali, there were reports that Prabhas was all set to make his Bollywood debut and he has been approached by Dharma for the same. The reports soon followed news that Tollywood’s Darling rejected the offer, which didn’t go down well with KJo, leading to burning of bridges between the actor and Bollywood’s much sought after filmmaker.
Interestingly, when Saaho’s theatrical rights were up for grabs, there was buzz that Dharma might bag the same, however, it went to Bhushan Kumar from T-Series, only speaking further speculations that all us not well between Prabhas and KJo. But now that the actor has cleared the air, will we see the two come together for a film in the future? We will have to wait and watch!
