Karva Chauth, a one-day festival in India, is very important for married Hindu women, as they fast from sunrise to moon-rise for the well-being and long life of their husbands. It is considered a very special festival not only for the couples who have been married for many years, but especially for those who are newly-married. There are times when the husband joins the wife in fasting, and at other times they would do something special for their beloved, just like Prince Narula.

Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary, who got married recently, are celebrating their first Karva Chauth together, and while Yuvika is fasting, Prince decided to encourage her by doing small little things like applying mehendi to her hands. Check out the cute interaction between the two below:

According to BollywoodShaadis.com, Prince had in an earlier interview revealed how he plans to make the day special for Yuvika. The plan somehow involved oats.

“I feel it is crucial for me to contribute in some way for my wife’s first Karva Chauth fast. This Karva Chauth I will make sure that Yuvika has a healthy and nutritious sargi. I will be adding her favourite Quaker Oats to pheni. Sargi with a healthy fistful of the oats will ensure sustained energy to get her through her first Karva Chauth fast,” he had said.

In a video he posted on his Instagram page, Prince wrote that in order to keep Yuvika energised throughout the day, he has added a bit of oats to her pheni. Watch the video:

Prince and Yuvika met on reality TV show Bigg Boss, and from there their relationship blossomed into love and the two tied the knot on October 12 this year.
