Remember Rajeev Khandelwal and Gaurav Chopra from the hit Army series Left Right Left? Of course, you do. The show, that came on-air in 2006, had prominent faces from the Indian television – Sanaya Irani and Arjun Bijlani, to name a few. Well, while it has been 11 years now, but it still has recall value. The show also was a treat to watch since it starred TV industry’s two hottest men – Gaurav Chopra and Rajeev Khandelwal together on-screen.
After eleven long years, the two will share screen space and in a statement to a leading online portal, Gaurav said, “I can’t reveal details about the project, but all I can say as of now is that Rajeev and I are working together after a long time. The last time we shared screen space was in Left Right Left. It will be a treat for our fans, who loved to watch us together.”
The actor is currently gearing up to play the male lead in an upcoming show tentatively titled Kidnap. Speaking about the show, Gaurav had said, “We are discussing the show. It is a multi-starrer and has the cast of big and prominent names and I am playing the lead. But, still we have to shoot a teaser, it will go to the channel and will wait for its approval. I think until the time the confirmation comes from their end, there’s nothing we can say about it yet. We are sort of in discussion for the show and it’s a thriller. It’s one-of-its-kind, not your regular show, in fact, it will remind people a lot of western television thrillers.”
