That Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are a riot together, is a known fact. We all got a glimpse of it, courtesy Koffee with Karan and AIB’s most controversial Roast. Even if their last film together, Gunday, was an utter flop, fans absolutely loved their camaraderie on screen. Well, we had been waiting to see the two stars share screen space once again, and going by the recent reports seems like our dreams may just come true, sooner rather than later. Well, according to reports, director Anees Bazmee and producer Boney Kapoor are toying with the idea of casting the two actors together in No Entry Mein Entry, the sequel to the 2005 hit film, No Entry.
Both, Boney and Anees had been contemplating to do a sequel for the longest time. However, Salman Khan’s busy schedule seems to have been the reason why none of their ideas came to fruition till date. As we all know, Salman is more keen on doing what he does best—the action drama genre over anything else. The trajectory of his career post Wanted, shows how Salman performs the best when he is in his comfort zone. Even his fans, don’t like to see him do anything else other than that, which explains why Tubelight didn’t fare that well at the Box Office.
Anyway, when things were not working out with Salman, reports suggest that the makers were thinking of approaching Akshay Kumar. However, he too couldn’t commit to them courtesy his packed schedule. After that, the makers decided to consider Arjun for the role, seeing his amazing performance in the hit film Mubarakan. A source close to the development, told a leading daily that the latest update is that Ranveer will be approached to essay the role of Prem, originally played by Salman, while Arjun will be a seen essaying Kishan, who was played by Anil. Other actors are yet to be finalised once Ranveer gives his consent, the source added. Fans are awaiting Ranveer’s response just as much as the makers are. Just imagine how entertaining the film will turn out to be once Ranveer comes on board. What are your views? Feel free to share them with us in the comments’ section below.
