In a tragic incident, a member of the SAB TV comic sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah died on the sets of the show. The cast and crew of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah have stopped working for two days post the death of the team member Arvind Marchande. The incident took place on June 30, when the head production controller Arvind Marchande complained of chest pain while shooting for an episode.
Marchande suffered a heart attack, but he was given some antacid thinking it was an idigestion problem. But soom marchande could not bear the pain anymore and collapsed on the sets of the show. He was soon rushed to the nearest suburban hospital where he was declared dead on arrival at the hospital
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah producer Asit Kumarr Modi along with the rest of the team members were present at the hospital to pay final respects to the SAB TV show member. (ALSO READ: No artist has left Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah since inception: Asit Kumarr Modi).
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah went on air in the year 2008 and has not become one of the most popular shows and has completed over 1,900 episodes in the last eight years.
