After treating fans with the first trailer of Skyscraper, Universal Pictures has just dropped its new trailer which will surely keep you all on the edge of your seat. Set in China, the new trailer has high octane sequences and vertigo-inducing leaps. Actor Dwayne Johnson unveiled the new trailer on his Twitter handle and wrote, “I made a movie that pays homage to films that inspired me & a generation w/ grit, guts and heart – DIE HARD, THE TOWERING INFERNO & THE FUGITIVE. One of the most anticipated movies of the summer. Enjoy my new full length trailer for #SKYSCRAPER JULY 13.”

The second trailer dives deeper into the story, as well as Johnson’s character Will Sawyer. It starts with an early flashback, FBI agent Sawyer falls victim to a mission gone wrong. Written and directed by Central Intelligence helmsman Rawson Marshall Thurber, Skyscraper will see Dwayne Johnson as a former FBI Hostage Rescue Team Leader and U.S. war veteran Will Sawyer, who now assesses security for skyscrapers. On assignment in China, he finds the tallest, safest building in the world suddenly ablaze, and he’s been framed for it.
