After the Malayalam, Tamil and English title posters have been unveiled on Thursday, the director Bejoy Nambiar has also revealed the first look poster of his bilingual film ‘Solo’ starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role, on his birthday. Now, he has also released the bullet of the film in Tamil and Malayalam today. The first glimpse will be kicked-off by popular director Mani Ratnam.
While earlier today we saw that the makers of Mahanati surprised Dulquer by releasing the actor’s ‘Gemini Ganesan look’ from the film (which is a biopic on the veteran Tamil actress Savitri), Nambiar, too, took to Twitter to share the first look of Dulquer in Solo, on the latter’s birthday. He captioned the post, “Here you go! @dulQuer #HappyBirthdayDulquer #Solo Malayalam Poster. Watch out for the first look #SoloBullet tomorrow. @SoloMovieOffl”
Well, the ‘Solo Bullet’ does not give much either; looks like we have to wait for the teaser to release. It just starts with the sound of a Bullet, where we see Dulquer going solo on his (Bullet) bike and then rest, just gets you curious with two of Dulquer’s look revealed in the teaser. Just like Nambiar’s other two movies, Solo also has got amazing background score. You’re totally going to drool over Dulquer’s new look where he is donning long hair with a beard. Here, take a look at the bullet in Tamil and Malayalam.
The first look of Dulquer, which is trending as #Solobullet, was intriguing as it was a sketch of many layers, forming an interesting collage. The poster totally makes us impatient to know more about the film and the character the actor plays in the film. Nambiar, without giving out much in the first look, has got us all curious about Dulquer’s role in the film; seems quite mysterious. With few leaked stills from the shoot locations of Solo already all over the internet, the audience is eagerly awaiting Bejoy’s first directorial venture in Malayalam. The filmmaker is best known for his offbeat films like Shaitan and David.
The film, which is written and helmed by Bejoy Nambiar, is slated to release on September 21, this year. While the movie is bankrolled by Abraham Mathew and Nambiar himself, the music is scored by Govind Menon, Siddharth Menon, among others.
