Actress Tanushree Dutta has been giving one interview after another about the harassment she went through with veteran actor Nana Patekar on the sets of Horn Ok Pleassss in 2008. In the latest one, she spoke out about what she went through and how the latter made her feel. Nana, on the other hand, has served her with a legal notice, and she is fighting it by filing a police complaint.

In an interview with news outlet Republic, Tanushree recalled the incident and described how she felt uncomfortable when Nana grabbed her while she was doing a solo dance number. Nana was, according to her, not a part of the dance sequence.

“Since that morning on sets he bridged the distance between me and him, first he stared from a distance then he got closer and then he started grabbing me and pushing me around and all this while I kept thinking why is he here? He is not supposed to be here, while I was rehearsing for the steps, he grabs me by the arm, pushes me around and asks me to stand here and there,” she was quoted as saying.

Even though the incident took place about 10 years ago, the impact was such that Tanushree still feels uncomfortable. She described Nana’s demeanour then as being dense, dark and intimidating, but she is not afraid to take action against him either.

“That man creeps me out. I don’t know, this is a possibility that I did not consider but I will blast the sh*t out of him because he knows he is wrong. He can hide and attack me but in front of me he cannot do anything.” she stated.

Tanushree has filed a police complaint at the Oshiwara police station against Nana, choreographer Ganesh Acharya, producer Sameer Siddiqui and director Rakesh Sarang.

According to Tanushree’s advocate Nitin Satpute, she will be giving a statement to the police on Sunday.
