1st ODI New Zealand vs India: Former India skipper MS Dhoni again showed his experience from behind the stumps in the 1st ODI at Napier. The Indian spin twins Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav picked up six wickets among themselves to bundle out the hosts for a paltry 157. Kuldeep picked four wickets, whereas Chahal picked up a couple. Dhoni was chirpy from behind the stumps as he kept guiding the spinners and it paid dividends. In the 37th over of the match with Trent Boult on strike, Dhoni advised Kuldeep to come round the wicket and with his first ball from a change of angle, he got Boult edging as Rohit took the catch at first slip.

The moment has set Twitter talking and here is how they reacted:
Seamer Mohammed Shami became the fastest Indian to claim 100 wickets in One-day Internationals, reaching the mark in the opening match against New Zealand. This was his 56th game in the 50-over format. Shami’ wicket number 100 was New Zealand opener Martin Guptill, who played onto his stumps a delivery that moved in after pitching on a good length.
At the time of filing the copy, India was 35/0 in eight overs.
