3rd ODI India vs Australia: Kedar Jadhav was the latest on Chahal TV and he spoke about how former India skipper MS Dhoni helped him throughout the match-winning partnership and how he wishes that Yuzvendra Chahal’s new venture goes to the moon.
Speaking about his stand with Dhoni, he said, “Whenever the difference between the runs and balls was going beyond 10-15, Dhoni and I were picking bowlers to target and whenever you look into Dhoni’s eyes, he indicates something or the other. It was my first game in Australia and it has gone off well. My idea was to stick to my game which is going at a strike rate of a run a ball and I knew if that happens we will win.”
Calling it a team effort he said, “Everybody is putting up their hands as and when required, hence it is a pleasure to be a part of the team and would hope to continue.”

“If you look at that last game, Ambati Rayudu batted at four, Dhoni at five and Dinesh Karthik at six. Because we brought in Vijay Shankar and Kedar Jadhav, we didn’t want Karthik to change his spot because he is doing a good job,” India skipper Virat Kohli said after the third and final ODI of a historic tour of Australia.
“It is not about where you want to bat; I am happy to bat at any number and after playing for 14 years I can’t say that I don’t want to bat at number six and want to bat at four,” said Dhoni, who was adjudged the Man-of-the-Series.
