The 26-year old cricketer is currently on a tour of England for India’s five-match Test series. Rahul replaced middle-order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara in India’s playing XI for the first Test against England at Edgbaston. But, the lanky right-hander failed to impress and only managed to score 17 runs in two innings of the Test.
The third Test between India and England will be played at Lord’s Cricket Ground, it starts on August 9.
