Argentina will end the year on top of the world as they are on number one spot in FIFA World Ranking, earning the honour of “Team of the Year.” La Albiceleste, therefore, take the ‘Team of the Year’ title from Belgium, who they overtook at the summit in April this year, and where they have stayed for the subsequent eight editions of the Ranking.

Talking about how other team ranked, then, the Republic of Ireland are 23rd while Northern Ireland are 32nd and Scotland are languishing in 67th. England have finished 13th which is one place below Wales.
India jumped two places to finish 2016 at 135 which is their best in six years.
