Asia Cup 2018 Final, India vs Bangladesh: The super four stage in the ongoing Asia Cup 2018 has been done and dusted, it’s time for the closure now as we head to the final of the continental tournament. Rohit Sharma-led Team India will look to reassert their continental supremacy while an injury-hit Bangladesh will hope to shrug off stage fright when the two sides square off in the grand finale of the Asia Cup on Friday.

On paper, the defending champs India will remain overwhelming favourites to win the tournament for a record seventh time while Bangladesh will be hoping to be third-time lucky in a summit clash. On the other side, gutsy Bangladesh played the party-poopers on Wednesday as they wrecked the prospects of an India-Pakistan summit clash with a memorable performance despite losing key players to injury.

Before the big final between India and Bangladesh, we will have a look at top run-scorers and top wicket-takers in the fourteenth edition of the Asia Cup is currently underway in the United Arabia Emirates (UAE).

Surprisingly unlike the recent trend in the recent past, the 50-over format competition has not witnessed big-scores. The reason behind that is majorly the nature of pitches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi which have not been that batting friendly as expected. As a result of that, we have only two batsmen who have managed to cross the hundred-run mark in the ongoing competition.
