He is ahead of Bangladesh’s Mustafizur Rahman, who has scalped 8 victims in four matches. A total of 5 bowlers are joint third in the list with 7 wickets each – Jasprit Bumrah, Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja and Shakib Al Hasan.

Sri Lanka’s biggest match-winner Lasith Malinga holds the summit position in the overall list of wicket-takers in Asia Cup with 33 wickets, while his countrymate Muttiah Muralitharan (30) and Ajantha Mendis complete the podium places (26).
