India will take on Pakistan in the much-anticipated encounter in Group A at the Dubai International Stadium in the ongoing Asia Cup 2018 on Wednesday. And thus, cricket fans from not just the two countries but across the globe would be glued to their television sets to watch this high-octane encounter.

However, it is reported that the match is likely to be witnessed by two most wanted gangsters close to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.

Zee News quoted sources in the intelligence agency as saying that some of the relatives of Dawood have already arrived in Dubai from Mumbai and Karachi to attend the India-Pakistan clash. Officers from intelligence agencies of not only India but also the UK, US, Russia and China are keeping this match under high surveillance.

The report further stated that following the input, intelligence agencies of more than six countries are keeping a tab on the match. The intelligence agencies are expecting to get fresh and additional information about the business and hideout of Dawood in Pakistan through the gangsters associated with the D-Company.

India on Tuesday began their Asia Cup campaign in which they defeated Hong Kong by 26 runs.

Overall, India and Pakistan have played 12 games against each other in the Asia Cup tournament (11 ODI and 1 T20I), with India emerging victorious on five occasions, Pakistan on six and one match ending without any result.

India and Pakistan last time clashed with each other at the finals of the ICC Champions Trophy in 2017 when the Men in Green defeated Team India by 180 runs at The Oval on June 18.
