Asia Cup 2018, India vs Bangladesh Super Four: Bangladesh mainstay Mushfiqur Rahim was dismissed off the bowling of Ravindra Jadeja for 21. It was Jadeja’s third wicket of the game and he has already put India in the driver’s seat. Jadeja made a comeback to the ODI set-up after missing 27 games and he came good straightaway. But the wicket of Rahim has to be his best considering the Bangladeshi batsman has a century to his name in the ongoing Asia Cup. Rahim was trying to be adventurous and attempted to play an unnecessary reverse-sweep only to find Chahal at the short third man.
In fact, just before he was dismissed there was a huge appeal for stumping
Earlier, Bhuvneshwar Kumar drew first blood when he got the wicket of Liton Das for seven and then in the very next over Bumrah got among the wickets when he scalped Nazmul Hossain. Shakib also fell prey to Jadeja for a quickfire 21.
At the time of filing the copy, Bangladesh was reeling at 75/5 in 23 overs.
